Refund policy

We want you to love your DONYA candle. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Returns: You can return unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A flat $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. For safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept candles that have been lit or used.

Damaged or wrong items: If your candle arrives broken, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send it back.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
