Shipping policy

Every DONYA candle is hand-poured in small batches in California and carefully packed for shipping.

Processing time: Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. During the holidays and after new launches, please allow a little extra time.

Shipping rates (United States): Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Standard shipping is $6.95 on orders under $35 and usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $15 and usually arrives in 1 to 2 business days.

Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit: If your candle arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it for free.
